The location of the property was marvellous as we were very close to a Yates pub and local restaurants. Explored Water Haigh Park, that is located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

It was clean, staff was pleasant and welcoming. The food was gorgeous with lots of options.

There was plenty of good meals. Because of a problem with the family room I was upgraded and had a nice size and good value for money room with comfy beds.

We appreciated the room, it was brand-new and well furnished and had a mini-fridge, a hair dryer, and tea and coffee. The venue's position was very central.

It was new-fashioned, stylish and with good space.

The setting was perfect, near to most pubs in the area for between £7.20 to £7.50, the bar and coffee shop and a taxi.

The hotel was in a perfect and stunning position right by local restaurants, the bar and coffee shop and Leeds central station. The staff were attentive and know their duties. The breakfast was included and had a lot of meals.  

The beds were large and each good-sized and nicely furnished room had a small fridge, a hair dryer, and tea, coffee. Great breakfast with proper coffee and the staff were efficient and competent.

The location was perfect and stunning for traveling around Leeds, next to most pubs in the area for between £7.20 to £7.50, local restaurants and an attached cafe.

It's absolutely great and little place for overnight stay!!!

The room of place was perfect and incredibly comfortable with basic facilities.

The room was comfy with private bathroom. The location couldn't be more great adjacent to the pub. Besides, it was just next door to the railway station and Temple Newsam.

Good sized and nicely furnished room with good space and very nice experience. Bonus point for a small mini fridge, a hair dryer, and tea/coffee. Efficient staff and management. 5 minutes walk to bus station.  

We where given a lovely and beautiful room with coffee.

Cheap and absolutely perfect units with ok wi fi. Fab very central location, next to Woodlesford railway station as well as useful supermarkets.
